Now celebrating our 40th year, Jazzercise is the nationally recognized leader in the aerobic fitness industry and is a mainstay in thousands of recreation departments and facilities across the country. Our instructors are selected through a rigorous training program and maintain current CPR certifications. In addition, Jazzercise instructors are committed to an absolutely first-rate fitness experience for our customers and are required to use microphones and the best professional sound equipment. These attributes, along with our constantly evolving programs and cutting-edge classes combining the latest trends in fitness (kickboxing, Pilates, and yoga make Jazzercise a sought-after program by recreation specialists throughout the U.S).

Jazzercise Tops Consumer Reports List Of Activity Benefits
Jazzercise recently topped a January 2008 Consumer Reports list of 15 activities, including walking, running, golf, and step aerobics, as the only exercise to fulfill each of the following benefits: cardiovascular, resistance, weight-bearing, upper body, and lower body. The list was part of an article entitled “What Workouts do for You,” which discusses the how's and whys of selecting a fitness activity and states “a key to success is picking an activity you like that will fit into your schedule.” Jazzercise combines elements of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kick-boxing, and more to create truly effective programs for people of every age and fitness level.


No Pre-registration is required. Please allow yourself at least 15 minutes before class starts to sign in with our Fitness Staff and become familiar with our facilities.

Workout Attire
Dress comfortably, aerobic or cross training footwear is recommended, bring a mat or towel for the floor routines, plenty of water and hand-held weights (optional).
